GRAMMY Museum Mississippi Members are invited to attend a special evening with Bob Santelli, Executive Director of the GRAMMY Museum in Los Angeles, as he provides a brief history on the GRAMMYs – the most prestigious award in music. Presented annually by The Recording Academy’s voting membership, GRAMMY Awards honor excellence in the recording arts and sciences. The GRAMMY is truly a peer honor, in that it is awarded by and to artists and technical professionals for artistic and technical achievement, not sales or chart positions. The annual GRAMMY Awards ceremony brings together thousands of creative and technical professionals in the recording industry from all over the world. Join Santelli in the Sanders Soundstage as he dives into what goes into creating this special ceremony, and how the voting process works.
