Many groups choose to enjoy a picnic lunch on our beautiful front porch and front lawn. You are welcome to bring sack lunches or let us do the work for you! Preorder lunch through one of our vendors and have it delivered directly to the Museum. Once you place your lunch order we will send you an email with an updated invoice showing the final total for your admission and lunch.
We require a minimum of 14 business days to facilitate groups planning to have lunch onsite through our vendors.

GRAMMY Museum Mississippi accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Purchase Orders and school checks. Payment is required on the day of your tour for the estimated student number. Memberships do not apply to admission for school groups. Group admission must be paid in one (1) transaction with one (1) form of payment. Split transactions will not be permitted.
Please note for groups paying by check: There are no refunds for students who cancel. We can offer vouchers should your numbers change.
The Museum is able to provide a limited number of admission scholarships to school groups grades K-12 wishing to tour the Museum at a reduced rate or no cost. To request a scholarship, email education@grammymuseumms.org.
Educators are invited to bring a guest and enjoy the Museum at their leisure before bringing their students for a school tour or program. Educators must submit a valid school ID. Additional guests will be charged full price.

Student groups must have 10+ in order to get the group rates.
The Museum seeks to accommodate students groups as much as possible by offering the following services:

By entering into this venue, you hereby consent to and authorize the use and other exploitation by the Recording Academy or anyone authorized by the Recording Academy, of any and all images and recordings of you and/or your voice (in audio, audiovisual, and/or photographic form) that may be taken, and any and all reproductions or derivative works of such images and recordings, for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, the telecast, broadcast, webcast, exhibition, display, sale, publication, license and distribution of audiovisual productions and/or any other production (including, without limitation, the promotion and advertisting thereof), in any and all languages, formats, manner, media, devices, processes and technologies, now known or hereafter developed, without any compensation to you, throughout the universe, in perpetuity.

(“the Recording Academy”) with full right of disposition thereof in any manner whatsoever.
By entering into this venue:(1) you confirm and acknowledge that the Recording Academy is acting in reliance on your agreement with the above terms; (2) you consent to these terms and declare your consent to be irrevocable; and (3) you release and discharge the Recording Academy, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, trustees, governors, volunteers, employees, agents, licensees and assigns, and anyone authorized by any of the foregoing, from any and all claims and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the use or other exploitation of our image, likeness and/or voice as described above.
