At GRAMMY Museum Mississippi, we are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and inclusive experience for all visitors. Fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Mississippi accessibility standards, we offer a range of services and accommodations to ensure everyone can enjoy the Museum.

Designated parking spaces for visitors with disabilities are located in the parking lot. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis for vehicles with a valid state-issued disability placard or license plate.

Manual and motorized wheelchairs are available free of charge for paid Museum visitors. Visitors must leave a photo ID when borrowing the wheelchairs. Please request assistance from a staff member upon arrival.

All restrooms are fully handicap accessible and equipped with baby changing stations.

Accessible seating is available in the Sanders Soundstage. For assistance, contact a staff member upon arrival or email info@grammymuseumms.org prior to your visit.

The Museum partners with KultureCity to support visitors with sensory needs. Available resources include:

  • Sensory bags (containing noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, and more)
  • The KultureCity App, which includes social stories to help plan your visit
  • Quiet Spaces located within the exhibits

Service animals are welcome at the Museum in accordance with the ADA.
