After-Hours at GRAMMY Museum Mississippi

When you book your event at GRAMMY Museum Mississippi, you will also be able to offer your guests an after-hours tour of our unique and interactive exhibits, including a highlights film Great GRAMMY Performances. Exhibit tours are self-guided, allowing your guests to proceed at their own pace. The exhibits provide an exciting backdrop for your special event, inspiring conversation among your guests along the way. Usually guests spend 45 minutes to an hour touring exhibits during a reception or before or after a special dinner hosted in the Museum lobby or on the front porch.

FAQs

Your date is reserved once you fill out a facility rental agreement and pay your facility fee deposit. You will receive the facility rental agreement from the Sales Manager via email once you fill out the inquiry form. Click here to fill out the facility rental inquiry form.

Your deposit is due upon remission of your facility rental agreement. If other potential clients inquire about your date and you have not paid a deposit and signed the facility rental agreement, you will lose the date. All other facility rental expenses (catering, bar service, event decor, etc.) are due no later than 7 days after your scheduled event date.

No. You must choose from the list of approved caterers provided to you by the Sales Manager. You can also click here to access the list of approved GRAMMY Museum® Mississippi vendors.

Deposit are non-refundable unless determined otherwise by the GRAMMY Museum® Mississippi staff. All cancellations must be received in writing and acknowledged by the Sales Manager. 

The Museum allows clients to book bands, DJs, and other performers for events. All entertainment must be pre-approved by the Sales Manager at least a month before your scheduled event date.
