Meet the Red Carpet Guild
The Red Carpet Guild is a dedicated team of women who volunteer their time and talents to support GRAMMY Museum Mississippi’s mission of music education. Each year, their hard work, creativity, and passion help bring our largest annual fundraiser—the gala—to life. From planning and logistics to hosting and fundraising, the Guild plays a vital role in making this signature event a success. We’re deeply grateful for their commitment and the incredible impact they make on our Museum and community.

Red Carpet Guild Powers a Record-Breaking 2025 Gala

Thanks to the leadership and hard work of the Red Carpet Guild, the “Brass and Bayou” 2025 Gala—held October 30th at GRAMMY Museum Mississippi—raised $220,000 in support of the Museum’s music education programs. The Guild played a vital role in the success of this signature fundraising event, overseeing everything from sponsor engagement to auction coordination.

This year’s Gala honored GRAMMY® winner Trombone Shorty with the Crossroads of American Music Award and recognized Cherynne Wright of Pass Christian Elementary with the L.U.C.Y. Award for their dedication to Mississippi students.

Presented by Quality Steel, with additional support from Cannon Motors of Mississippi, Kirk Auto, The Paul Janoush Family and Whole Cellars, the evening highlighted the power of community and music to make a lasting impact on education across the state.
