Delta Sessions: Guitar 101

Crossroads School of American Music: Delta Sessions 101 is GRAMMY Museum® Mississippi’s after-school music education program designed for students in grades 4–12 and adults ages 21+. Supported in part by the Mississippi Delta National Heritage Area, this program offers beginner, intermediate, and adult-level instruction for those interested in developing their skills in guitar, piano, drums, and voice.

Each participant will receive free music instruction and lesson materials, and guitar students who successfully complete and graduate from the Delta Sessions program will receive a free guitar. Through Delta Sessions, GRAMMY Museum Mississippi aims to expand access to high-quality music education and inspire the next generation of music makers across the Mississippi Delta region.

Registration Closes January 9th

This program has previously been supported by a Mississippi Delta National Heritage Area Grant from The Delta Center for Culture and Learning at Delta State University and Follow Your Heart Arts.
