Gentle Moves & Grooves

Taught by Mari Rutledge, a licensed Physical Therapist with 38 years of experience and certified in Chair Yoga through My Vinyasa Practice, Gentle Moves and Grooves is designed for adults seeking a low-impact, supportive movement practice.

The class blends chair-based yoga with mindful breathing and light mobility work. Each session is paired with a curated soundtrack that turns stretches into a rhythm-driven routine, helping participants connect breath, beat, and body. No experience or special attire required; participants can move at their own pace.

What to Expect: 30–45 minutes of guided movement with a chair, mindful cooldown, and a brief music moment to close. All fitness levels welcome.
